Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when using our service, including: your full name, email address, phone number, business entity name, state of registration, EIN/tax ID number, and ownership structure. We also collect payment information through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: process your dissolution filing, communicate with you about your order status, prepare and submit paperwork to the appropriate Secretary of State office, file IRS forms on your behalf (Complete Closure plan), and send you confirmation of completed filings.
Third-Party Services
We share your information with trusted third parties solely to deliver our service: Stripe processes your payments securely; Zoho CRM and Zoho Books manage your contact information and invoicing; Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measure site traffic and advertising performance. These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually obligated to protect your data.
Cookies & Tracking
We use a small number of cookies to operate the site, understand how visitors find us, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Essential cookies (always on, required for the site to function): Stripe (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid) for secure payment processing; _dmllc_vid, a first-party visitor identifier used to count unique visitors and measure conversion across pages, which contains no personal data and expires after 1 year; admin_session, used only for staff authentication on internal pages. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): _ga and _ga_4B44ZTJHTL aggregate site usage statistics. These cookies are set by Google, expire after 2 years, and are processed under Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. Advertising cookies (Google Ads): _gcl_au measures whether visitors who clicked our Google ads completed a purchase. It is set by Google and expires after 90 days. You can opt out of Google Analytics and Google Ads at any time by enabling Do Not Track in your browser, using a privacy-focused browser like Brave or Safari with Intelligent Tracking Prevention, installing Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or clearing cookies for dissolvemyllc.com. We do not sell or share your personal information with third-party advertisers.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill our service obligations and comply with legal requirements. Filing records are kept for a minimum of 7 years as required by applicable regulations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), and opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@prodezk.com. If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. The legal basis for our processing is contract performance (delivering the dissolution service you purchased) and legitimate interests (operating, securing, and improving our website). If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information in the CCPA's sense, but you may still exercise these rights by contacting info@prodezk.com.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, secure server infrastructure, and restricted access controls. While no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we strive to protect your data using commercially acceptable means.
